Quick Start Guide

Getting started with Reeview is easy. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Adding your business

You can add your business to Reeview from the welcome screen or through the settings

1. Sign up for Reeview at https://go.reeview.co/signup.
2. If your business has a Google Business page, simply start typing and selecting it. Alternatively, manually add your business by filling out the form and clicking "Next."
3. Choose your preferred review platform. Reeview integrates with many popular review platforms.
4. Customize your branding. Upload your logo and select your accent color to make Reeview blend seamlessly with your brand.

Step 2: Sending review requests

There are two ways to send review requests: via email and SMS.

1. Click Send Invite button
2. Select your location
3. Enter your customer's name and, depending on the invite type, provide their email address or phone number.
4. Click "Send Invite."

Additional Settings

• Schedule Invite: If you wish to send the review invite at a later time, simply enter your desired time and click "Send Invite." Your review invite will be delivered at the specified time.
• Send Reminder Automatically: To send a reminder invite, check the box "Send Reminder after" and select the number of days.
• Bulk Invites: To send review invites to multiple recipients, upload your customers' list with their names and contact details. For text invites, provide phone numbers only; for emails, provide email addresses only. If you want to send both text and email invites, fill in both.

Step 3: Automation

Reeview becomes even more powerful when it is on autopilot, eliminating the need to send review requests one-by-one or in bulk. You can use our Zapier integration to connect Reeview with the tools you already use: https://zapier.com/apps/reeview/integrations

1. Go to Settings
2. Click the "Integration" tab
3. Copy your API key
4. Create an automated Zap on Zapier using your API key

What to Expect from Reeview

Once you start using Reeview, you'll witness a steady stream of 5-star reviews. This feedback will provide valuable insights into your customers' experiences, enabling you to make improvements within your business.

Reeview also provides comprehensive analytics that tracks your overall sentiment rating, net promoter score, and customer satisfaction score. These reports are instrumental in monitoring your progress over time and identifying areas for improvement.
