Don’t buy at this company! We have been waiting for our bed frame for ten weeks. Since they hit the deadline, I asked how it was going, and they told me they were delayed because they were switching delivery companies. After ten days, I asked again, and they told me the delay was caused by some wear-house problems. At this point, I know something is off. Now, it’s day ten since I canceled my order, and I’m waiting for them to return my money. They keep telling me they are “handling my request,” but no money is in my account, so I worry because it shouldn't take so long to send the money back. So my advice is don't buy from Floyd Home and save yourself a lot of stress.

Very knowledgeable and answers all questions. Super experience and professional company that helps the elderly and disabled. Will definitely refer others..

Ik heb op 21.03. bij hun via Amazon een bed besteld. Deel 1 snel geleverd, maar deel 2 had DPD bij vreemde buur "geleverd"! Vervelend, maar contact met de klantenservice opgenomen en da ben ik zo positief verrast worden: reactie binnen 3 uur, vriendelijke, klantengericht en met oplossing!! Het bed was snel opgebouwd, ziet er super uit, kwaliteit en ik meer als tevreden!!! Echte aanrader!!!!

This is my 3rd time trying to order.....your site needs serious updating. You cannot look at checks and go back to where you were. It restarts the whole dame page. Then if you find what you like the order form is a thin strip on the right margin of the page. Forget it. After several trys ,I'm giving up on you!!!

I had an issue with the products I purchased being too hard for my puppies. Customer Service (Genesis) was extremely helpful and quickly resolved the issue for me. I love these products - they are truly helpful with my elderly dog as well as my highly excited/overactive puppy. Great experience with customer service. I'm a happy customer for sure.

Brilliant! Really effective, as well as sustainable, refillable and no plastic in sight. I’d tried another brand previously, which both marked clothes and wasn’t that good in hot temperatures, but this is good. No white marks on clothes, smells great and really works.

They are the worst when it comes to getting answers to questions. Then when they do respond, it's not to the question I asked! This happened more than just once by the way.....Why would I ever do business with these people?????

Waiting for a response to my email asking if the Warrior product can be shipped to UK, how much and how long. Keen to purchase, but need a response before I'm prepared to purchase. Update Ordering and delivery were spot on, so I can order again with confidence. Warrior product excellent too. Only issue I have is in between my initial query and ordering (UK07610) two days later was the price went up from £89 to £109, so ended paying the higher price

We stopped ordering from yougarden a long time ago as the plants sent were either incorrect or a great deal smaller than advertised. Tried again recently and you nailed it, plants were bigger than advertised and look really healthy. Willing to put the past behind us and try you again next time. Thanks!

Wonderful staff, I was met by Tia the manager who booked me in, in a professional and friendly way. I had a pre screen with the very lovely Charlotte who put me at ease and was lovely to talk to then had my eye test with Sonny ( I always make sure I have my eye test with him as he's the best optician in the store as far as I'm concerned) , who once again made me feel at ease, playing the guess the letters on the board game without my glasses on and finding the right prescription I needed. Once again, I had help form the wonderful Charlotte choosing my glassed and advisingme on the coatings I would need. It's a lovely little store with everything you need and wonderful staff.

The representitve was able to assist in getting me a new hose after mine got a tear. She was able to pull up my warranty information and after digging up my receipt from Walmart+ (in-store receipt was saved thankfully) she was able to process a replacement for a similar hose! Christine Bancog was very clear in what she needed from me and extremely helpful!

Meine Hunde sind bei Frau Höhse seid 13 Jahren, ich bin sehr zufrieden wie sie mit der Hunde umgeht, sie hat persönliche Beziehung zu jedem Hund. Mein altere Hund hatte viele gesundheitliche Probleme und sie kann damit sehr gut umgehen, genau so mein jüngeren Hund ist sehr energisch. Ich kann mich auf sie immer verlassen, wenn wir in den Ferien gehen und meine Hunde freuen sich jedes Mal wenn sie kommt die abzuholen. Ihre Persönliche Art und Beziehung, die sie mit jedem einzelnem Hund hat ist zum bewundern. Ausserdem auch ihre Preisen sind vernünftig mit Vergleich zu anderen Hundepenzion im Umgebung.

Milo was an intermittent eater and often turned his nose up with his tinned food. A scare with his digestion prompted us to try Butterbox. Yes the meals are more expensive but worth every penny due to the high quality of ingredients plus the transformation has been fantastic. Milo eats every morsel now. His health benefits include his breath isn't smelly, tartar has virtually gone and overall a very happy dog. Butter box work out meals around your dogs health history. Milo cannot have lamb,beef or pork choices due to his diagnosis however loves his chicken and game meals. Would recommend Butter box.
