Really lovely wardrobe at a very reasonable price. Only reason for deduction of a star was that the follow up appointment to fix two minor issues was rearranged a couple of times and happened later than I was advised which led to some wasted time on my part. But when they did arrive they fixed the issues quickly and to my satisfaction, and everyone I dealt with at Metro was lovely.

What makes our experience great is the quick and always professional services we receive from Gabriel every time we order. He is quick to check stock and give us pricing. He always ask if we need further assistance on any other projects and follows up with the Shipping tracking when things are shipped from Dalton to here in Tennessee. The whole team at Belgica furniture were great. Professionally and friendly, nothing was a problem. The sofa I ordered arrived more quickly then I anticipated, is extremely comfortable and fits perfectly into the space / room. The delivery / fitting company was also excellent in terms of communication, professionalism and humour! Thank you very much, a great experience all round.

Wish I would have purchased this bed a long time ago. Easy to set up. Worth the money. Awesome customer service. 1 little problem that they took care of immediately. If your thinking about getting one, stop! And BUY the bed now. You won't regret it. Sleep so good now. Wake up feeling great and sleep all night now. The bed is way better than I expected. I went back and forth about getting one for many years. Don't make my mistake by waiting so long. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and got it to my apartment by myself. Don't be worried about any part of setup. Easy. Does have some weight to the base but you'll be glad once it's setup. Not going anywhere. I have flex head so not sure on bases without. Has to be less weight but still solid frame either way I would imagine. FYI go with flex base. Raising head and feet and kicking on message is nice. If your reading these your thinking about it. DO IT!

I found exactly what I was looking for on the Layla Grace website and at a much lower total cost. I had never heard of Layla Grace before so when I called with a question, not only was there a live human on the other end, but incredibly helpful, patient, and kind Megan. Thank you so much for helping me Megan! My order shipped out and I received earlier than expected and came meticulously packed, no damage at all. I’ll definitely shop at Layla Grace again because of the fantastic customer support.

Grain said it would investigate several issues but have not talked since Bad installation, bad customer service. One star only. This was intended to refer to Grain the internet provider. My apologies.

Where do I start. There should be 6 stars for Fishpools. The service I received from Ashleigh in Customer services was the best I have ever received. Polite efficient and super friendly and helpful. Sourced a discontinued power cable for my recliner. No charge no postage just amazing. I was blown away by this level of service. Ashleigh thank you. You are a credit to Fishpools. GH.

There are nice people and not nice people in customer service. If you get a rude person, call back. I finally had a good experience and was able to speak with Sam a manager at Orland Park location who set me up a transfer and close pick up point!

Christine was lovely and allowed us the time to see different chairs with our chosen table under the different lighting in store. Christine got us quotes for different chair/ dining tables combination and gave us time to make a decision. Christine had a nice way about her and this made our shopping experience the better for her approach.

The customer service manager Jack at Westfield Stratford store was really friendly and helpful! He was really patient at showing us different types of product and finally we were able to choose both the Bed and Mattress straight away. The delivery time is bit longer which is 4-6 weeks and he also explained us the reason for it. I'd highly recommend their products as they seem really comfortable and of quality. Now we're eagarly waiting for the delivery :)

Nicola at the Tunbridge Wells branch was really helpful when I was bombarding her with questions about the futon mattress and Whisper Sofabed. She was patient when I was dithering about colours, and informative about all aspects of the delivery and payment process. I'd recommend her and I'll be back for more furniture in the near future. Easy to order, updated throughout - even messaged to say may take longer than usual due to high demand but arrived promptly in good condition. Wouldn’t recommend using glue to secure to wall - it didn’t work for me but black screws and wall plugs worked perfectly and couldn’t see them. Throughly recommend.

My husband, aged 80, wanted to buy a Rise and Recline chair. We visited the Hendon showroom, which is spacious, with plenty of models on display - and has a loo. Aniello took a lot of time ensuring that my husband got the best style, size, height etc. to suit him. In the end we also bought a second chair for me - which we hadn't planned to do. The chairs were ready a little earlier than expected and were delivered by Jason & Ashley who were very efficient, explained things well - and above all were cheerful, which makes such a difference.

Once again Home Zone goes above and beyond to ensure our family is not only happy, but completely thrilled with our new furniture pieces. And to top it all off, the two gentlemen who were sent out to deliver our furniture today was exceptionally detailed and careful with each piece they carried in. They put the items together for us with care, tested each piece, and walked us through how it all worked. Thanks guys, you were more focused on keeping the furniture dry than yourselves which went a long way with my wife and I. Home Zone is the best!

Took delivery of 2 seater Lisbon sofa in Feb 2021. Had been pleased with sofa until Autumn 2023 when I noticed despite being well cared for with the protective covers used, the rattan on the arms and top of sofa has split and so is now coming apart. I spoke to customer services who were not at all interested, almost implying I had not looked after it properly. We have also invested in two single chairs, which as yet are unaffected. Having spent almost £2000 with the company I am disappointed with the quality of materials. The website suggests rattan should last 20 years. I am also disappointed with their response. I would not recommend this company.

I posted a review early March '24 complaining that I received a two pin plug with my new sit/stand desk. The Company subsequently contacted me and offered a discount to cover the cost of me getting an adaptor to fit our 3 pin sockets. All good in the end and new desk is pefect.

My husband and myself called into the store earlier today to look at the garden furniture that we had seen online last night. The welcome into the store was pleasant and friendly. The sales people were lovely and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were served by Ola who was able to answer all of our questions expertly and with extensive product knowledge. She is an assistant that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She helped me make the right decision as to which furniture we choose. Thank you for a lovely experience

Purchased online was super easy, delivery was fast and crew was awesome. Items look better in person than in the ad/website. Pleasantly pleased!

I have used Oak Tree Mobility for years. From my mother’s chair back in 2010, to myself and my wife eventually needing assistance and receiving our new Oak Tree chairs in January of this year. Nothing is cheap in this day and age, but when you buy cheap high street rubbish thats exactly what you get. Spend the money and get Proper quality. I’m Proud to support British made products and will always use this company because they no how to do things properly.
