I have used them for multiple CE's before, but this time was an awful experience and I will never use them again. I purchased the course and opened it and only looked at the first 2 screens before closing it and asking for a refund. After seeing the way this course was structured, I realized that this one would not be helpful for my learning style. They denied the refund because they said I took a quiz/test... but it was labeled lesson check and was only 2 questions on the 2nd slide. Terrible customer service!
