Didn't realise Comet had gone online. I work on the web but never came across it since Comet High Street stores shutdown. Googling for electrical products never ever showed Comet online. Used to shop in-store at Comet a lot in those days. Comet need to make public aware they are online if they are to succeed. Free advice - SEO required by web specialists to bring them up on searches. My purchase was all good. Product range and prices good. Some errors trying to get invoice but was resolved when I prompted few times. Online reviews show some issues but I had a smooth delivery. 👌🏼 All in all will try them again in future. 👍🏼

The offer of a “convenient three hour window” for delivery is completely misleading. I ordered with Currys because I was buying an item for an older person, and wanted to be there when it was delivered. They live an hour or so away. The three hour window was a major part of my decision to purchase here. Instead of choosing the window myself, I was offered a choice of two days - neither of which was convenient because of work. I was then told I would receive a text the night before telling me when the three hour window would be… between 7am and 10pm! How are people supposed to plan around that. It is the opposite of convenient. I am so annoyed!
