purchased a deluxe changing bag which is lovely, very good quality, lots of pockets. the only issue was the changing mat, the stitching started to unravel around the edge. i emailed the company and they very kindly sent me a replacement very quickly.

Lens arrived the next day, very efficient service. I had an issue which, subsequently was my fault, but the Nottingham store were fast and courteous in sorting it out with me. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

We recently purchased a batch of Ezra tumbled tiles to use as a splashback and surround in our revamped kitchen. We made several visits to Fired Earth Cobham and were really delighted by all the staff who have been very helpful, patient and not pushy! We are delighted with the tiles and assistance and advice we received from Sophie, Donna and Megan. Can’t wait until we have another project to work on with them! The tiles provided the perfect finishing touch. Shout out to our excellent team at A Mason Property Services and in particular John who did a superb job with the tiling. Great teamwork!

I like the display racks that I purchased. Not only are they exactly what I needed and what I ordered, they are very sturdy. One of my racks was stolen before I received delivery and displays2go rushed out a new rack to replace my order at no additional charge. I 100% recommend Displays2go.

Was happy to find a certain teapot on the website, the order was confirmed and then canceled without any explanation or excuse.

Give me a second to let the sincerity waft over me. Doxxing is posting a real person's info/picture, not a fake one, and as you so aptly pointed out, it's not real..... If you were worried about that, why use content from one of your customer's private emails? Seems like you're not practicing what you preach??? BTW, I asked for a discount (50%) on a cheaper item than I had ordered. Typically, giving a price break on a mistake that was yours to own to further business with a customer, to create more revenue in the future, which gains the company more business from said customer, is pretty 101 for smart businesses. Might be the reason you're having so many issues keep customers. (I'm sure you'll try to flag this too, just like you did on the first one) :)

Terrible company please avoid them placed the order and they said items are not available again i have reorder the expensive items because original items are not available and they messed up my delivery homebase is blaming delivery company delivery company blaming Homebase. We have to stop the job for more than 3 days. Once they got your money they don’t care about the customer. There is no contact details of warehouse you have to contact only store . In store they are saying we’re only selling goods power of warehouse is out of our control. When you are contacting the their delivery company they are saying you can pay some extra money and we can ship you quickly. It’s totally out of order order placed on 28th of January but Homebase sent an instructions to delivery company on 21st of March. It’s looks like clowns are running the show. Please avoid this company and their business totally rubbish . I have to take a day off of work and the job has been stopped because of someone mistake. Who’s going bear the loss? Once they got your money they don’t care. When I was in the store there’s another 3 customers facing same problem and they are asking for refund but Homebase is denying them. What a joke.

I purchased a New Driver Qi10, I am aware I can purchase anything in the shops so what keeps me coming back and is important is the advice, how to use the new product. If the advice helps me play better then I’m going to keep coming back for more purchases and spend more money.

The product I ordered came in the post very quick. The user was very low so this was important. It was well packaged to protect it. I will be ordering from this company again when required.

We were looking for a range of throws to complement some new furniture. Having toured most leading retailers to find the right matches, we were disappointed until we visited the Woolroom premises in Oakham. Spoilt for choice was our first thought. Very helpful staff. We purchased 5 throws at very reasonable prices. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Good job guys.

The top notch quality tweed garment, I can only recommend. I just received my order and could not be happier. The sizing chart helped me so much that I did not need to double-check with your customer service. I am thrilled even though, I must say that my fit is almost 100% 42UK/52EU regular. I must add that I was worried a bit because of the customs e-mail I received from the delivery service, but it went well after all, and I did not pay anything more being customer from EU. Let me wish you all the best in the future, keep up the fantastic work & never settle down with your service and please try to make the EU returns a bit less burden.
