I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDED!! AND I KEEP GETTING EMAILS SAYING MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED! BECAUSE I CAN'T CANCEL IT IN MY GAIA ACCOUNT PAGE THAT'S WHY! I HAVE EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES AND KEEP GETTING ONLY A LINK BACK TO WHERE I WAS IN MY ACCOUNT! I DON'T HAVE THE "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" OPTION ON MY ACCOUNT PAGE! WHERE OH WHERE DO I CANCEL!

My favourite company for my XL Bully, especially the Tri Harness it’s a game changer for dogs that pull! Love the ability to be able to personalise items too it’s a nice touch. Collars are great too especially the ones with handles. Gorgeous colour range of products too.

Livewire pre-wired our new construction and then installed our TVs and wifi extenders when we moved in. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job! I will definitely use them again.

Called to fix a 17-year-old washing machine, the repairer didn't hesitate to confirm that a new circuit board, motor and drum bearings would be much more expensive that replacing the machine. We were very pleased that no attempt was made to profit from an uneconomic repair! The followed a relaxed and useful discussion of what to look for in a new machine, and where to go (and where not to go!) to buy it. And to avoid extended warranties like the plague! Very pleased with the honest and no-nonsense approach.

Great, high quality food with reassuring RawSafe check. My cats love it and it completely resolved the digestive issues one was having. Also love the new freeze-dried food, will be getting more of that to experiment with using in an automatic feeder. Excellent customer service on the phone when something went a bit wrong with my account and really easy to change delivery date etc online. Definitely recommend!

David Street from Oven Clean Shropshire was amazing! His customer service was excellent and he workly quickly but with great quality when cleaning our oven. David used only good cleaning products so there was no smell once it was finished. My oven looks brand new!

There was miscommunication about scheduling, but that was resolved to our liking and we were super pleased. The crew arrived very late, outside of the arrival time window, but they quickly went to work. We were very happy to see how they hustled. Disappointingly, when we unpacked the container packed by them, we have several things broken or ruined due to poor packing and not thinking things through. Container packed by my husband, although he had no idea how to do it, had zero broken items. It's not worth the cost of the helpers and then the cost of lost goods. Very disappointed that my items are damaged or ruined.

My puppy was really ill and in so much pain with infected anal glands. I saw him scoot once and went into action and immediately ordered the anal gland remedy from Scooch. They are full of natural ingredients and after 1/2 a packet my pup seems fine. So 🙏Scooch.

I needed to purchase a washing machine for my elderly parents and as I live a distance away, it was proving to be difficult for a variety of reasons. I phoned Glotech as they stocked the right washing machine. Barry talked me through everything, he could not have been more helpful. Delivery was organised for today, the washing machine is in, working and according to my parents, the guys who fitted it were 'brilliant'. A weight off my mind so thank you Glotech.

Everything from start to finish has been excellent. Easy to order, fast to arrive, a breeze to setup. My wife and I can now venture farther away from our RV and check in on it less frequently knowing we have real time temperature monitoring.

ATT is my preferred network ever and this has been chosen because of my long-time affiliation to it. On top of that choice, I am blessed to have had my ACP transferred to it. The only constraint I have is the fact that due to my very low income, SSI only, and retirement, I cannot get the phone part with AT&T, we have to stay with T.Mobile, for my son is the one paying for that.

I had trouble with the Tastecard perk not working for me - I wasn't able to activate it in the Tastecard app or website. This is the only perk I've experienced an issue with in over 2 years. So I reached out to customer support to get a refund and the Perkbox team got back to me very quickly and got straight on the case to help me out. Many thanks to Sofie White and Lauren Jones for being super helpful - Lauren got in touch when Sofie was away on annual leave to say that they're still working on it, and Sofie always kept in touch throughout. I'm very happy to have received the refund!

Used Local Hero’s for a sink that was not draining well. Plumber was arranged promptly, however, they came out without the tools as not all the vans carry the required equipment. This was charged and a second appointment was arranged with a van that carried the equipment. The initial plumber refused to leave the property unless I paid there and then which goes against Local Hero policy/terms. Due to his intimidation I agreed to sign and pay for this as he refused to leave and said the charge was increasing whist he was still in the property and a second visit was forced for a second fee. Both charges were above that advertised on the company’s own website and ended up costing twice the inflated price due to the company not carrying all equipment. The slow draining sink was resolved on the second visit but, we used local hero’s so that we did not end up with an unscrupulous company. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
