As soon as I reported our boiler breakdown, Guide One and the appraisers began their work. The first person to contact me was an appraiser who's job it was to assess the physical damage to our property. Next, we had boiler expert arrive and then an engineer who decided that it was not normal wear and tear. Guide One and Bayliss and Geist stayed on top of the progress and were very responsive to our questions and resolution to our situation. We believe we were treated fairly and professionally during the entire process.

Needed the policy in my son’s name but was unsure on how to do this online, rang up, call was answered promptly and the young lady was extremely informative, friendly and helpful on what I needed to do.

I've had great service so far from Zest. There response times are good and clear. The staff who I have spoken to (on this occasion Enzo) were very helpful and friendly. It is refreshing to find a company that has individuals handling cases as opposed to relying on generic teams and automated bots.

Similar to other comments found here... I was in the market for a new insurance provider for our touring caravan as the existing policy renewal price was unreasonable; Peacock's quoted a fair price online for the cover required and so I called them to clarify a few points and what a surprisingly delightful experience that proved to be... a very helpful and extremely polite young man named Tony provided me with all the information I needed and also answered my questions thoroughly. So, I accepted the quote and bought the cover there and then; I’m just waiting for the policy documents to follow now. Thanks Tony, excellent job!

I have had ASPCA insurance on my 2 rescues a couple years now. My experience has been that it is best to ask your Vet for Soap notes and medical records to submit with the invoice claim you file for a better outcome. I have had most claims paid and the company is reasonable just lacking communication between customer service and claim reps as I had to keep calling to get information updated. This seems to be a recent issue as it didn’t occur when I first purchased my insurance plans. I like the direct deposit option for reimbursement which expected the process a bit.

Overall I had a good experience getting insurance from Sam C. He was very thoughtful, explained everything clearly and answered all questions. Through no fault of his but rather due to limitations in the market, I didn't have all my insurance needs met however I do appreciate being told that if any options arise in the future that meets my requirements I would be notified at no cost.

Jake was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We spent some extra time going through the policies and adding some additional liability coverage I thought would be prudent given past experiences. Jake helped me do this with 'sensible' suggestions that would not break the bank.

The representative went over and above by calling Social Security for me twice and remembering to call me back the following day to try again. She spent as much time as was needed to get everything done and was patient.

Made an error during the booking process and got the wrong start date for the policy. Used the email contact and Rachel from customer service helped me change the policy and refunded into my account once the new policy had been bought. Thank you for your help.

We were signed up with a Chesapeake UHC policy even though we told the agent that we didn't want it. We have made several attempts to cancel it and they will not cancel it but continue to charge our credit card each month.
