Yanis was great. We received a text message the day before he was due to repair our washing machine to advise us of a time slot and then called on the day to provide notice of his arrival. This was greatly appreciated as we both work with calls to manage. He was very polite and did a thorough check of our washing machine before identifying the problem, ordering the part and returning 48 hours to repair and fix it with no problems. He was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for helping us and repairing our machine. Highly recommended.
