What a great experience. We called up to see if we could try a ring, and Aimee got us immediately booked in. When we went to the shop, we actually didn't like the ring we went there to see BUT funnily enough Aimee shown us our second choice (Without her knowing we looked at it before), it was a ring we actually discarded online and ended up loving it in person! We went to many different shops and none had the ring styles we wanted, so we were really thrilled Austen & Blake had what we were looking for.

From initial design to delivery every step is as smooth as can be, making the entire experience enjoyable. We took our wedding rings and my engagement ring for our complementary care and engraving service. The rings have always been beautiful and great quality, as has Vashi's service. Overall, really pleasant experience with the staff and the products too - would recommend! 😍

2 years ago I bought an 18k rose gold plated heart necklace which has since turned black (I discovered this when I went to wear it for my anniversary). I clean my jewelry after every wearing and keep it stored in an air tight container. Real rose gold doesn't contain any kind of metal that tarnishes. This company fraudulently misrepresents the quality of its jewelry.

Visited browns jewelers in crossgates to have my ears pierced and the staff were amazing, especially Stacey and Debbie and I would like to send my appreciation and much thanks for the brilliant service I received. I bought gold earrings which I was recommended by Stacey and Debbie I was also given cleaning solution for my ears which was also a nice touch. I bought a watch from BQ Watches recently and was looking on their comprehensive website to see if anything else was of interest. I saw a Tag Heuer that was well described and photographed. I made an offer on the watch and was contacted the next day. There was no pressure, quick responses to my questions and a helpful and professional service from BQW. My original offer wasn’t accepted, my second offer was. I received an invoice paid by Bank transfer within an hour and everything went without a hitch. I bought an engagement ring from The Art of Jewels and it came in a timely manner. The ring was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. I’ve made two ring purchases from here before. The first time, the ring came in a cheaper material ring holder. The second time, it came in a heavier black leather finished ring holder. I suggest trying to make a request for a nicer ring holder when you order.

I love this company. They are so helpful and their products are quality. Any time I have a question or issue, they are so quick to respond. They also put out training videos frequently to help us in our eCommerce business.

No response after multiple phone and Email requests to return and possibly exchange item that was a gift for my wife. I would have given a 1 or 2 but the item was quite acceptable except that was not comfortable for my wife’s hand.

Covent Garden store is a awful due to the lack of the staffs care about the brand, company and jewellery. Customer service was shocking and was overally underwhelmed by the lack of offering. But the online shopping experience and online interaction has been top tier! I am excited to see my latest purchase and am very appreciative of the support I have had with a very sentimental item I have. - Thanks online team!
