Louis was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful - when we walked into the shop he patiently showed us lots of different rings and listened to our likes and dislikes. He helped us find the perfect ring and is a great part of our engagement story! Even better that the ring arrived weeks ahead of schedule and allowed us to get engaged just before Christmas.
