Gerber life insurance company is a scam and a fraud! They will not pay your claim! Cancel it while you are alive! My son died tragically and was in line with all of the criteria’s for his accidental life insurance policy m, but Gerber strung me along for almost a year before saying he didn’t qualify because the corner didn’t write accidental death on his death certificate! They stole his insurance premiums for all of the years he had the policy and refused to pay at the end! Get out of this company before you die! They are heartless criminals!! They too will die one day and face the wrath of a God they don’t believe in!

Have been a Crunch customer for a number of years, but after the first year service has steadily declined to the point that I've taken the decision to move to a new accountant. Problems with their open banking feed reported over two years ago still have not been fixed. Their recent portal updates removed useful summary information in favour of self promotion/advertising, and their above inflation greedy cash grabs mean I couldn't recommend this service to anyone. Their only response to complaint is to throw around limited discounts, but they never fulfil any promises to improve or fix issues. I need an accountant that I can trust to do what they say they will do. Thinks very carefully before trusting your business to these people.

They are very good and friendly when it comes to taking your money, but when it comes time to pay out your pension they totally fob you off with excuses and ignore emails you may send chasing up any progress as to how your pension claim is progressing. I started my claim 5 months ago and I am still waiting for any positive information.

What an easy experience, submitted online claim form, took two minutes, was updated via email and text, it was paid within a week I’m sure. Such a smooth and user friendly process in a time for us that was really traumatic.

I would rate you negative because I had a charge for an item where my LivelyAccount was charged for $125.00 and the item was not received. The vendor, SmileDirect and the investigation unit for the Lively Card BMO, after investigation showed the label was printed for the US Post office but the post office was awaiting the item to be received. We NEVER received the item. Your company, Lively said the charge was valid which is a lie. If this is not resolved I will immediately close my account and my wife's account because I know the charge is invalid.

TruStage is a company that offers great value and easy applications, free of stress and hassle. We don't know when it will be the time to use this kind of protection, but at least knowing that you have it, it makes you feel more confident that our family our myself will be protected.

Easy to use site; clear questions and instructions. There were medical issues that I thought would be a problem however, it was straight forward and a good price for our travel insurance. We were also given a 20% discount as a family member had referred us.

Chris and Meghan were helpful and communicated well... Process took a little longer than expected due to a drive by valuation only being available in 10 days which was the only disappointing factor and out of fluents hands really but that was the only negative of a pretty stress free process so I would definitely use fluent again all things considered... App is also quite a good tool they have. Thanks guys

So easy to do everything online. Great explanations of questions being asked, information that was requested. If forms were required, the process to supply the forms, sign the forms, send the forms was the easiest I have ever experienced. I did everything on my phone!
