Wonderful service! Nothing is too much trouble and every service is delivered with care and expertise. My garden has a great lawn after all the treatments, the stone paving has been thoroughly cleaned and the weeds eradicated. Dave from the Twickenham branch delivers all these services at an excellent standard. Thank you!

Have used Black Sheep for many Years. Never had an issue until last Electric Renewal which we did with Pozitive Energy. Tried taking way over our usage so got back on to Black Sheep to Resolve. Josh Broster took on the case and after many hours and a lot of hard work we seem to have a really good out come for our company

Huddle is very efficient and a quick easy way to pay for all your bills in one place. You get money back at the end of the contract as long as you don’t go over your energy usage. The portal is also convenient as you can view your energy usage graphs and submit meter readings easily there each month. Sometimes there are issues with the different tenants paying different amounts but if you call them and tell them, they will correct the issue very quickly and, if necessary, refund you quickly too.

Ecosave made me aware that my contract was coming to an end and the price was going up by a substantial amount. With a short phone call they changed my contract and fixed me up with a better rate and a new supplier.

I am very happy with the efforts Marie Vincent-Squibb took to guide me through the complexities of our 'Smart' meter. She provided instructions that enabled me to finally get the correct readings from the display.

I am on Avantigas automatic gauge signalling system. My gas ran out yesterday, thought my boiler had broken, but no gas 0% on gauge and online reading. Left me with no heating and no hot water. Phoned and could not give me a time date for refill! Gas went extremely quickly so I said there must have been a leak, even that didn't spead them up. Said somebody would call! Still waiting, have no gas and possibly unsafe tank, been waiting 6 mths for a new cover on top!

Amazing service from start to finish. The initial application took minutes. I just had to prove I was on tax credits and send a utility bill. The next week we were having an EPC survey and the week after the building survey. 2 weeks later the job was done. Solar panels, air source heat pump, room in roof insulation and new radiators throughout all done in 4 days. A great team of guys doing the work. Happy with a supply of tea and bacon butties 👌

I was extremely impressed with tenant shop. They have called me a number of times when it’s not been convenient for me to talk, but have always got back to me at a specified time. Both the representatives were really fantastic. What they’ve come back with as a quote, surpassed anything else, and I’m really impressed. Excellent service. I even had a call again this morning just to confirm that I’d got all the paperwork through. It appears I’ve been overpaying for my insurance, and this will help me with my monthly direct debits. Thanks for listening and taking everything in,and getting me the best deal possible!

Nearly 2 weeks without gas. Ordered online, auto email confirms they have received multiple requests. Sent contact request through explaining the problem. Nothing. Website was down again for a while. Still no contact. Will be contacting a new supplier

We have used utility Bidder for a number of years for the business utilities. Darren Adams is very professional he explains the different rates available making the whole process easy to make an informed decision. He calls when he says he will call and its lovely to speak to the same person. Excellent customer service.

The helpfulness of Billy throughout the process was great. He continually wanted to help us and gave us prompt reminders when we needed them. Not often these days you can say that your intervention has saved (yes saved) us money on electricity bills for the coming years. This makes a massive difference to our Charity sports hub.

I’ve been using Eligo Energy for several years. Their rates are more reasonable and I have had a good experience with them. I plan to move this year and will be requesting Eligo Energy as my provider again at my new home.

Matthew Harold was really helpful. After having the difficulty setting up the online direct debit, he was really patient going through every steps to ensure the direct debit is set up. Definitely a five star rating from my side!!!

Basic clean for deep clean prices. We had used Tenancy Cleaner previously for an end of tenancy clean and were pleased with the job. We were unsure between booking a deep clean and post building work clean as we had a particularly dusty floor we needed cleaning. This information was provided on the booking notes and re communicated by email in advance of the booking date. The cleaner did not seem to have any knowledge of this in advance. The cleaner turned up without any cleaning materials and had to use ours. The cleaner spent half the time either on his phone or arguing over the scope of the work and left after a couple of hours to another job. We complained once and Tenancy Cleaner sent the same person back to do a re clean which lasted one hour. Another 45 minutes was then spent arguing about finishing the job. The amount of time wasted arguing and re visiting could have been spent finishing this job. Very unhappy customers!
