Dan was very understanding. Even when I was having trouble uploading images, he kindly showed me how to and even offered to review them by email, which was way easier. He solved all my doubts in no time.

Dr Desmond Stevens was one of the most professional doctors to complete my Taxi Medical today. Not only was he on time for my booked appointment but was courteous and professional throughout, explaining everything. I went with symptoms such as fatigue, hair loss, rapid weight gain. I already had a diagnosed thyroid problem. All of my labs were fine and I wasn't heavy enough to receive a GLP-1 medication. I'm glad to see good labs but I was only recommended supplements. I cried during the appointment because once again I'm in the same spot. I was appalled at the end of the appointment when the Dr. asked if I should check in with my doctor about mental health. It felt as if she was implying all of this was in my head.

Bad experience, had composite bonding veneers done, and few months after, quite few of them chipped off, and when i went back to fix them, they refused said that its out of guarantee time, but realistically thinking how can someone guarantee teeth hold on only 3 months, its just ridiculousness.

I had a CoolSculpting Elite procedure done in five areas. There was no improvement whatsoever. They initially promised a free redo due to no change, but then the manager recalled on this offer in a dishonest manner. This clinic is highly untrustworthy, so please beware and avoid falling victim to their deceit.

I went to Dr Haus to get some treatment for severe Alopecia Areata. Dr Assam has treated me and has got the medication I need. I'm nearly 3 months in and I'm really pleased with the improvement. Nice friendly staff too.

We used care fertility Liverpool and Chester for our IVF journey and have a beautiful baby boy thanks to them. We will always be forever grateful. Not a fan of the portal so much hence the 4 star review as things crop up and you can not respond to them also we had to toggle between the 2 clinics and when we had invoices to pay it was hard to go between myself and my partner's and then the 2 clinics so we basically have 4 to check.

Paola is so sweet, she helped me edit my address before the order was dispatched. So I didn't run into any issues with getting my order.

I had a COVID test with DAM health back in 2020 and since then they have continued to use my personal data for marketing despite repeated written assurances that they had removed my data. For a medical company to misuse personal data in this way, and to lie about what they are doing with it should ring huge alarm bells about their working practices and culture. I suggest you avoid them like the plague.

Spoke with Joe for my first online consultation, he was very friendly, understood why I was nervous, answered all my questions! Helped me through each step and was patient when I couldn’t do it. I was a little apprehensive about eye surgery in general and before doing that I made a thorough research of clinics, prices and treatments. London Vision Clinic seemed the best option and I'm happy to say that I wasn't wrong. The doctors and staff made my experience seamless and easy so much that I brought my sister and brother in law to do the same, and all of us are super happy with the experience. I can totally recommend the clinic not only for the best outcome possible but also for the whole experience they provide. Value for money 10/10.

Quick and easy to book and my doctor was excellent. I wouldn’t have been able to get a normal GP appointment for days but with this I booked my appointment at 3.15pm, had the appointment at 3.45pm and was collecting my prescription at 4.30pm.

We was well informed through out the whole process. The team all became friends through out our journey. We had 3 egg collections one failed to collect any, one egg collected on another and two on the third which resulted in a successful fresh transfer.

The whole process from my blood tests to receiving my medication has been a smooth process. Both blood tests came back quick with great explanation on my results. Then a Dr consultation was booked right away. The Dr explained everything to me clearly and my testosterone was delivered 2 days later with all the equipment I needed to get started. Was left to wander and try on frames on own which was nice. Shop wasn’t too busy either so plenty space to move and try on. Actual purchase part though was a bit awkward. Not much customer focus or explanation of what process was or what was happening on computer
