We are very happy and pleased with all the help and bike Parts we have purchased for our girls. As level up riders they proudly represent BOX Components level up program and we have always have had great experiences with orders communication and help from all staff members keep on doing what y'all do because BOX is making huge impacts on our riders thank you again for your loyal support .

The main problem is that the coat does not have an inside pocket, which means you have to put your credit cards etc in one of the side pockets, which is risky. The other problem is that you have to zip the coat right up to the top to avoid the hood flapping. All in all very disappointing, particularly as it was to replace a Berghaus jacket I had for 25 years!

Ordered my Hoka Clifton 9 running shoes on Wed and delivered to me on Friday , very fast, I couldn’t believe it , highly recommended !

My clubs were gathering dust in the shed, so I decided to see what I could get for them. Tried a couple of sites but chose Golfbidder due to its simplicity. Website was easy to navigate and use to send for quote, which came back very quickly. Had a couple of questions and needed a box to send clubs in, so called up and the service received was spot on. Box arrived via UPS, packaged clubs and sent via my local UPS drop off point. Took about a week from the clubs being received by them to the money being transferred via Hyperwallet, but this is the time frame stated. Things went badly wrong at which point Merlín we’re incompetent. Unfortunately Merlín are only good when alls going well, hit a snag and you’re on your own!! So make sure you check everything you buy off them before it really costs you by breaking other parts of your bike. Very sad as I was a loyal customer before!!

My order arrived promptly and in pristine condition. Sadly the item didn’t quite fit so I had to return it. This process was much simpler than I anticipated as on this occasion I delivered the package to a drop box facility in a neighbouring village and within days my credit card was reimbursed. Holabird always has the lowest prices. I’ve never needed to return an item before, but this purchase I did need to return. I called for a Return Authorization as the website instructed. I spoke with the nicest lady who gave me instructions how to make my return, and to my surprise, she sent me a postage paid return label. I got an email telling me that they had received my return, and in just a day or two, I saw the credit to my credit card.
