I am on Avantigas automatic gauge signalling system. My gas ran out yesterday, thought my boiler had broken, but no gas 0% on gauge and online reading. Left me with no heating and no hot water. Phoned and could not give me a time date for refill! Gas went extremely quickly so I said there must have been a leak, even that didn't spead them up. Said somebody would call! Still waiting, have no gas and possibly unsafe tank, been waiting 6 mths for a new cover on top!

I’ve had an active order for an lpg bulk tank top up for over a month now. The order was triggered at the tank ‘break limit’ of 25% and the tank is now at 12%. I’ve been on holiday for 12 of those 30 days but the Avantigas ‘system’ is saying that 12% will last another 50 days! The lady I spoke to today was reluctant to guarantee that I wouldn’t run out of gas before a delivery arrives. I’m on telemetry with daily updates but they still can’t promise to organise a delivery before 0%. How are they still in business?
