Called to fix a 17-year-old washing machine, the repairer didn't hesitate to confirm that a new circuit board, motor and drum bearings would be much more expensive that replacing the machine. We were very pleased that no attempt was made to profit from an uneconomic repair! The followed a relaxed and useful discussion of what to look for in a new machine, and where to go (and where not to go!) to buy it. And to avoid extended warranties like the plague! Very pleased with the honest and no-nonsense approach.

First time I’d used NAC repair having found them on Google and can’t rate them highly enough! Fantastic service from start to finish - booked via their website for the engineer to come out to fix my tumble drier - the engineer arrived within the booked time slot and I was kept up-to-date beforehand via text so I knew the time slot. Polite and professional engineer identified the problem quickly and returned once the part had been ordered and arrived (about a week later). Again I was kept updated via text as to when the engineer would be out. Efficient service and good value for money, would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future!
