Summary: they take used accessories from phone boxes and sell them as brand new. I ordered a set of Samsung earphones from themselves, advertised as brand new. I was expecting to receive brand new earphones in sealed Samsung packaging - instead I received a set of earphones taken from a Samsung phone box . I already have an issue with this because brand new means in original, sealed, unopened packaging, so the best they can advertised their item as is "unused". But to add insult to injury, the earphones had been clearly taken out of their container, used, and then shoved back in the container. They refused to refund, claiming that I had to pay the postage. In the end, I had to open a case with Paypal, and got refunded by them. I will add that the gentleman I dealt with in the Paypal dispute was nothing short of rude. Note that I have nothing against used items, but I wouldn't buy used earphones for sanitary reasons. Had I wanted one, I would have bought it from eBay at a much lower price.
