Was in the Netherauld store twice this week and was really impressed with the service I received by Dorothy and Rosemary. Both ladies were attentive, obviously enjoyed their jobs and it was a pleasure shopping there, will be returning regularly as it was such a lovely atmosphere to shop in. I had been looking at duvets on the site before I went on holiday. When I came back there had been a sale and not the size I required. I kept checking for stock and looking at the companies fb site, it is clearly showing the set as the main feature, so I decided to email to see if more stock would be available. Nicole very promptly replied and had opened the product in order for me to purchase it, which I did. I then followed up with my confirmation email to confirm the purchase and to thank her for the excellent customer service experience. It’s not very often these days that people go above and beyond our expectations, she did and I am so grateful. I can’t wait for it to arrive 😊
