The customer service manager Jack at Westfield Stratford store was really friendly and helpful! He was really patient at showing us different types of product and finally we were able to choose both the Bed and Mattress straight away. The delivery time is bit longer which is 4-6 weeks and he also explained us the reason for it. I'd highly recommend their products as they seem really comfortable and of quality. Now we're eagarly waiting for the delivery :)
