Our experience with Linley and Simpson throughout the time we have rented the property has been great and well managed. We have always been informed and they have quickly resolved any problems which have happened with good communication between us and the landlord.

I had a great and simple experience with Linley & Simpson, myself and my partner was looking for our first home together. Richard Southcoat was there to meet me at the property, he was very friendly and welcoming, (could not ask for a better person to help me through the application process) he was very quick to respond to my emails and very helpful too. I then was put in touch with Jasmine Megaw who helped me through the reference process to which she was also very responsive and friendly. All in all, very good experience with Linley and Simpson.
