The website said time for delivery was max 21 days. After multiple emails- they reassured me it was being processed. I found out later it was not due a a “manufacturing discrepancy” (whatever that means). It took almost 2 months for my necklace to show up. Once it did show up- the clasp is broken and I have to take it into a jewelry shop to fix. Not worth the high price points and poor customer service.

I would steer clear of this company. I placed an order 12/9/23 didn’t come in until end of Feb 2024. Their website stated prior to my order guaranteed in time for Christmas if placed by 12/13/23 including custom pieces. When I emailed to cancel they refused. Then once I got it in the letter is bent and uneven the bracelet is a baby bracelet even though no dimensions had been given on the website no baby jewelry is sold on there so wtAf! Done, done and done with poor customer service, crap product and false advertisements!

So annoyed with this company and employees. I placed a first order and then decided I need to cancel and order something else. They said no problem and I will receive a refund in 10 to 15 business days. It’s been 27 business days and I still have no refund. And they won’t email me back, I email them every week about it and I’ve gotten no response. And then I placed a second order and they sent me the wrong items. I ordered two different necklaces and they sent me the same necklace twice. I want the necklaces I ordered! I also want my money back for the first order. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Not ok. Do not recommend buying anything from them!!
